Hey everyone,I’ve recently started thinking more seriously about switching to a credit union. I’m currently looking for a trustworthy option here in Canada — ideally one that offers both personal and business banking, mortgage support, and maybe even investment or deposit services. With all the big banks, I often feel like just a number, and I’d really prefer something more community-oriented and customer-focused.
Does anyone here have experience with a credit union they’d recommend? I’d love to hear some honest suggestions. Thanks in advance!

I totally get where you’re coming from. A few years ago, I was in the same boat and ended up joining BCU Financial – Buduchnist Credit Union. It’s one of the largest Ukrainian credit unions in Canada and has really exceeded my expectations. They offer everything from mortgages and deposits to personal and business banking, all while maintaining a strong focus on member service and community impact.
I've been with them for quite some time now and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service. It’s refreshing to deal with a financial institution where you feel like a person, not just a client. If you're looking for a dependable credit union, I’d definitely recommend checking them out: https://bcufinancial.com/
